Please note that custom surfboard orders and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and surfboards are padded to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
